Women's Six Nations 2026: England vs Wales updates, scores, commentary from Ashton Gate

Curle appointed as Macclesfield CEO

Macclesfield have appointed Keith Curle as their chief executive officer (CEO).

The former defender and experienced EFL manager 'will take overall control of all operational matters and report directly into the board of directors', a club statement added, 'spearhead the clubs long-term strategic and commercial vision'.

Curle spent 22 years as a player and has managed the likes of Notts County, Carlisle and Northampton. He was most recently at Hartlepool, leaving in February 2023.

Walsall land Dallas signing

Walsall have signed Andy Dallas from Barnsley on a two-year deal.

The 26-year-old forward scored 17 times on loan in the National League at Southend United last season and is Lee Grant's first signing as manager.

Dallas will officially join the club on July 1.

Tottenham's Vuskovic dilemma - and how Brighton are involved

Latest from Your Site News' Michael Bridge and Elliot Cook:

Tottenham have a dilemma on their hands with Luka Vuskovic after rejecting two offers from Brighton for the teenage centre-back.

The 19-year-old, who established himself as one of Europes best young defenders on loan at Hamburg, wants to be a regular starter now but is not interested in another temporary move.

Brightons latest offer was for 35m and Your Site News understands that they will not go back in with a fresh proposal immediately despite agreeing a deal to sell central defender Jan Paul van Hecke to Spurs for 52m on Tuesday.

Vuskovics prospects of being a first-team regular at Spurs next season appear slim now Van Hecke is set to join Marcos Senesi as Spurs second centre-back signing this summer. If Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero stay, Vuskovic will realistically be Spurs fifth choice.

Romero's future is uncertain, just as it was last summer before he signed a new deal, but it remains to be seen if there are any clubs that would pay enough to convince Spurs to sell.

There is a real feeling at Spurs that Vuskovic could become one of the best defenders in the world but that he is not quite ready to make that step to being a regular starter in the Premier League.

There are parallels to the situation Arsenal had with William Saliba. The France international had three loans in Ligue 1 before being fully integrated into the first-team picture and becoming one of the Premier Leagues best defenders.

Spurs have plans to spend big this summer and, naturally, that will lead to player sales. However, in an ideal world they will raise funds elsewhere on players who are not part of Roberto De Zerbis future plans.

Croatia boss Zlatko Dalic says it is important Vuskovic finds a club where he will play regularly. Spurs agree but can only offer a loan. Brighton can give the teenager what he wants but are unwilling to overpay. This one could rumble on.

Rhl leaves Rangers for RB Salzburg

Danny Rhl has left Rangers to take up the vacant managerial role at Red Bull Salzburg.

The decision has been made 'by mutual agreement', Rangers say. Rohl replaced Russell Martin in October as the club finished third in the Scottish Premiership.

Rangers chairman, Andrew Cavenagh, said: Id like to thank Danny for his service and commitment to Rangers.

"He and his staff put in a significant amount of hard work during his time in charge, which we are greatly appreciative of. We wish them the best of luck moving forward.

The club are now finalising the deal for Derek McInnes to become their new head coach.

As reported, he has agreed a deal to join on a three-year contract. Rangers and Hearts now working to finalise that move.

Pardington signs new Lincoln deal

Lincoln goalkeeper Jamie Pardington has signed a new two-year contract keeping him at the LNER Stadium until 2028.

With Zach Jeacock recently joining Northampton on loan, Pardington is currently Lincoln's No2 goalkeeper behind George Wickens.

Bernardo Silva joins Real Madrid on two-year deal

Spurs sign Hanson from Aston Villa

Tottenham have signed Kirsty Hanson from Aston Villa.

The striker was the third highest scorer in the WSL last season behind Khadija 'Bunny' Shaw and Alessia Russo, scoring 12 goals - only one fewer than the Arsenal forward.

The last time Hanson scored double figures was in the 2017/18 season for Doncaster Rovers Belles, when she scored 11 times.

The 28-year-old has signed a long-term contract at the club, and comes as Bethany England departs Spurs this summer.

Vicario 'back under consideration' at Juventus

Latest from Sky in Italy's Gianluca Di Marzio:

Tottenham's Guglielmo Vicario is back under consideration at Juventus in their search for a new goalkeeper, according to Sky in Italy.

Aston Villa's Emi Martinez has been their first choice but progress has slowed in their pursuit of him.

Juventus have not given up hope of signing Martinez, who is currently at the World Cup with Argentina, and are waiting to learn what Villa's asking price is.

Sky in Italy are reporting that Vicario's name has gained traction at Juventus because of his lower wage demands.

The Serie A club have made signing a goalkeeper a priority this summer. They wanted Alisson but he is expected to stay at Liverpool.

Millwall sign Metcalfe from Bradford

Millwall have signed midfielder Jenson Metcalfe from Bradford City for an undisclosed fee.

The 21-year-old has signed a long-term deal and is Millwall's first signing of the summer.
